Terms of Service

Last updated 7 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Save or Die (saveordie.app), operated by Luke Busler as an individual. By signing in or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 13 years old. The site is in private beta, and access is invite-only: sign-in is limited to an allow-list of accounts, and being able to reach the site does not entitle you to an account.

Your account

Sign-in is through your Google account. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for activity that happens under your sign-in. Do not share your access with anyone who is not themselves invited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy, while using the site;
  • attempt to gain access to accounts, systems, or data you have not been given;
  • probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure;
  • reverse engineer or resell the service.

Your content

Anything you put into the site remains yours. You grant only the permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you so the site can work. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload, and for not uploading material you are not permitted to.

Our content

The site, its software, and its design are owned by Luke Busler. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site as intended, and nothing more. Third-party game systems and publications referenced by the site remain the property of their respective owners; the site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Beta service, no warranty

The site is a personal project in active development. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, break, or disappear; data may be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luke Busler is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Because the site is provided free of charge, total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended at any time, with or without notice, including if these terms are breached or if the beta closes. You may stop using the site at any time, and can request deletion of your account by email.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
